For our first assignment in Lynn Whipple’s Big Bold Blooms online painting class, we had to do timed pastel drawings of flowers. First we had 15 seconds, then 30, then a whole minute to just get shapes on the page. When we had done five of each we then had to cut them out and paste them in a vase that was also drawn quickly. This was not to be a finished product but a way of getting loose and getting started with our big bold blooms! Anyway here is how mine came out- Working with flowers is giving me hope of spring!
very, very nice — like the variety of flowers
thanks mom!
