Heirloom Gardens- Vintage White Flowers

In Val Webb’s Heirloom Garden Class we worked on these botanical type sketches on brown paper. They are supposed to look vintage and more like a sketch than a completely finished piece. We used brown paper lunch bags as our background, and only black and white pencil. It was challenging and interesting to use the brown paper to achieve the mid- tones needed. I love these types flowers! ย They look and smell so beautiful and remind me of our visits to Hilton Head, South Carolina. ๐Ÿ™‚
